theentouragegroup is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef for our IZAKAYA Amsterdam. This role requires someone able to maintain high culinary standards while leading a dedicated kitchen team. You will assist in menu design, manage kitchen operations, and fill in for the Head Chef as necessary.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef.
• Understanding of various cooking methods and procedures.
• Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.
• Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.
• Ensure timely operation of the kitchen meeting quality standards.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedules.
