THE ENTOURAGE GROUP in Amsterdam is looking for a dedicated Demi Chef to join the team at IZAKAYA. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end restaurants, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering quality service and supporting the culinary team in achieving departmental goals. For our amazing IZAKAYA Amsterdam, we are looking for a hands-on, passionate Demi Chef. As Demi Chef you will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role. To give quality service, both to guests and colleagues and to assist in a smooth running of operations. As our Demi Chef you will assist and participate actively in the departmental goals

We are seeking for a Demi Chef, who will be dedicated, passionate and highly motivated to keep the IZAKAYA brand on the international fine dining map. Furthermore, our ideal candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our guests “wow” factor and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Demi Chef de Partie
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays
• A keen interest in working for a high-end restaurant
• Excellent communication skills

• Located in or near Amsterdam
