Job summary

OTC Flow, a leading international trading and brokerage firm headquartered in Amsterdam, is seeking driven Sales Traders to join our fast growing team. You will build a robust client portfolio in the financial and environmental sectors and execute trades to support clients’ environmental compliance objectives.

You’ll engage in proactive outreach—cold calls, emails, chats, and meetings—while working closely with experienced traders and receiving ongoing training to accelerate your professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2+ years in B2B sales, business development, account management, or other client-facing roles.
• Proactive about cold calling and prospecting to identify and engage new clients.
• Highly competitive mindset with a strong desire to achieve outstanding results.
• Natural sales talent with a relentless drive to solve challenges.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities; prior cold calling experience is a plus.
• Passion for building and maintaining client relationships through phone interactions.
• Keen interest in commodity trading and its dynamics.
• Ability to perform in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment.
• Native-level fluency in Dutch, German, Polish, French, Spanish, Italian or any Nordic language, plus excellent English

Responsibilities

• Proactively grow and expand your client base through direct outreach, including cold calling.
• Build a comprehensive and targeted lead list for disciplined outreach.
• Take full accountability for achieving personal revenue and profit targets.
• Execute trades with precision and efficiency.
