Amoria Bond, part of the Amoria Group, is seeking a Junior Recruiter for its Amsterdam office. You will be the connector between top talent and great companies, handling full-cycle recruitment across Europe in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will enjoy uncapped commission, a 25-day holiday entitlement plus special closures, a clear 10-step career path, a 4-month onboarding programme, early Friday finishes at 4pm, and hybrid working.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Build relationships with new clients by phone, email, and online meetings with the opportunity to also visit clients on site.
• Talent Matchmaking: Find and place top candidates in exciting roles across Europe.
• Consulting: Become a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.
• Headhunting: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and your own creativity to find hidden gems.
• Negotiating & Closing Deals: Make magic happen for everyone involved.
• End-to-End Support: Guide your candidates through every step of the process.
