As a Junior Sales Manager, you help new partners discover the value of Barter. You guide leads from demo to sign‑up and support them in becoming active users on the platform. Your work directly contributes to Barter’s international growth and strong partner experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear and energetic demos to new leads.
- Follow up on inbound leads and answer their questions.
- Support new partners during onboarding so they become active and confident users.
- Check deals and accounts to ensure everything is set up correctly.
- Chase leads that get stuck during sign‑up and help them move forward.
- Prioritise your pipeline based on impact and activity.
- Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and up to date.
Desired Knowledge & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer contact, or commercial roles.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, supportive approach.
- Comfortable giving online demos and explaining the platform clearly.
- Proactive attitude: you take initiative, follow up promptly, and enjoy fast‑paced work.
- Affinity with SaaS, creators, or digital tools is a plus.
- A growth mindset: you learn from feedback, try new things, and like to improve every week.
- Team spirit aligned with Barter’s culture: open communication, direct feedback, fun, and ownership.

- Speed and quality of onboarding.
- Number of calls, emails, demo's and follow‑ups completed.
- Clean pipeline management and CRM accuracy.

- Salary range: EUR 2,900 to EUR 3,200 monthly, including holiday allowance, excluding bonus
