Job summary

My Way in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior Sales Manager to bring in new hosts and partners, expanding our parking supply and demand. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships, close deals, and hand over to Customer Success for flawless onboarding.

As a junior you will learn from our Commercial Director and soon close deals of your own, supporting growth across hotel garages, office buildings, and real estate partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor HBO level working and thinking ability.
• First sales experience or strong drive to learn quickly.
• Commercially and relationally strong: you sense hotel/property needs.
• Results-driven: targets motivate you.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects (hotels, offices, real estate) and pitch/close deals.
• Build relationships with hosts and partners to grow supply and demand.
• Execute full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Coordinate handover to Customer Success after onboarding.
• Contribute to sales strategy and playbook with founders.
