Job summary

Robin Radar Systems is seeking a Production Engineer to diagnose and resolve technical challenges on the factory floor, ensuring assembly processes run smoothly and reliably. You will work with Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Quality, reporting to the Team Lead Production Engineering, and your hands-on work will impact product reliability and output speed.

In this role you will document work instructions, support NPIs, perform time studies, and contribute to 5S, standard work,

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, mechatronics, PCBs, and electrical diagrams.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment like oscilloscopes and VNAs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges on the factory floor to keep production moving.
• Document and standardize work instructions and assembly steps.
• Support NPIs by setting up workstations and documentation.
• Conduct time studies to monitor and improve line efficiency.
• Follow 5S, standard work, Kaizen initiatives and ESD safety practices.
