Job summary

Robin Radar in the Netherlands is seeking an Assembly Mechanic to build complex radar systems, wire components, and load software onto servers. You’ll work with Production, Engineering and Warehouse teams to ensure flawless builds and reliable radars.

Requirements include a BA (MBO) in Engineering or a related field, 3+ years in high-tech assembly, fluency in English and Dutch, a methodical mindset, and the ability to travel for radar testing. VOG/background check applies.

Qualifications

• BA (MBO) degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
• Over three years of experience in high-tech assembly roles.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Methodical, precise, and detail-oriented.
• Proactive team player who can work independently.
• Willingness to travel for radar testing outside the office.

Responsibilities

• Radar assembly and wiring: Build complex radar systems and sub-assemblies.
• Diagrams and paperwork: Follow electrical diagrams with attention to detail.
• Software and integration: Load software onto servers inside radar systems.
• Troubleshooting and fixes: Spot faults early and report issues.
• Testing support and driving: Help test systems at external locations; operate forklift when needed.
