Job summary

STICHD in Den Bosch is seeking a Junior Packaging Engineer to help develop packaging concepts, ensure alignment with product needs, and support production readiness. You will work with the packaging team to translate briefs into functional, cost-effective designs while maintaining brand identity and compliance.

You will collaborate with internal teams, create digital packaging representations, and manage deadlines across multiple projects in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Graphic, Packaging or Industrial Design.
• Some work experience (internship or 1 year) in packaging/design.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and able to think in 3D.
• Fluent in English with an eye for brand and product details.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing packaging concepts from brief.
• Ensure packaging is compatible with product and production-ready.
• Create digital representations for packaging production.
• Meet deadlines while handling multiple projects.
• Prepare mood boards and present work to stakeholders.
