HQ Pack's Service Center in Eindhoven is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to shape and optimize the reusable packaging flow. You will focus on work preparation and planning, ensuring incoming packaging is handled efficiently, cost‑effectively, and with consistent quality.

In a dynamic environment, you will review processes, improve repair methods, and contribute to scalable standards for circular packaging.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming reusable packaging and translate technical documentation into clear, executable work instructions
• Prepare and maintain top-level articles and repair flows in the ERP system
• Define the optimal repair or refurbishment sequence based on condition, manufacturability, and cost
• Support production with technical troubleshooting and hands‑on problem analysis
• Handle RFQs and cost estimates related to repair and reuse flows
• Improve and standardize repair methods, inspection processes, and documentation
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, sustainability, and process optimization
• Contribute to projects that further develop our circular packaging model
