Job summary

TWD in Rotterdam is seeking an Engineer in the Marine team to turn client requests into practical installation methods and conceptual designs for offshore projects worldwide. You will analyze marine dynamics, perform motion analyses, mooring studies, and dynamic analyses, and ensure delivery within deadlines and budgets while maintaining technical quality.

A bachelor or master degree in Marine/ Offshore/Mechanical/Aerospace engineering is preferred; OrcaFlex and Python experience is a plus;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marine/Mechanical/Aerospace or Offshore engineering.
• Exposure to OrcaFlex and/or Python is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-driven and responsible with a can-do mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical setup and execution of marine calculations and reports (motion analyses, mooring studies, dynamic analyses).
• Maintain overview between marine calculations and structural design.
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables within budget and high technical quality.
• Act as marine point of contact for clients, translating analyses into practical solutions.
