JTC Group is seeking an Assistant Administrator to support the Private Client Services BD & Marketing team in a hybrid role in the Netherlands. This entry-level position focuses on delivering the BD & Marketing programme and supporting the PCS client team across jurisdictions.

You will write copy, create graphics, help coordinate campaigns, reporting metrics, and assist with events and literature. Recent graduates pursuing finance or business qualifications are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Recently completed degree; seeking a career in finance or business.
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively.
• Familiar with traditional and digital marketing techniques.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; capable of basic graphic tasks.

Responsabilités

• Write copy and create graphics for social media and websites; obtain approvals and schedule posts.
• Support social media planning to grow brand awareness and recognition.
• Assist with collecting and reporting operational metrics.
• Prepare, test and send e-newsletters and campaigns with follow-up analysis.
• Support PCS literature management, updates and document uploads.
