Job summary

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO degree or MTS/MLO in engineering, biology, medical lab research or chemical analysis.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical production environment is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive to improve processes.
• Willingness to work in shifts and support training when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute production processes for pharmaceutical products by operating equipment and performing manual tasks.
• Execute chemical processes such as electrolysis and chromatography as part of production operations.
• Prepare chromatography columns for production.
• Prepare and execute the recycle line process including target ampoule prep.
• Clean and sanitize production lines and equipment.
• Identify incidents or deviations and escalate to the production shift lead.
• Troubleshoot first-line failures and implement fixes.
• Maintain training requirements and stay compliant with GMP standards.
• May act as trainer to educate colleagues on processes and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute the production process of pharmaceutical products by operating equipment and performing manual tasks.
• Execute chemical processes such as electrolysis and chromatography as part of the production process and responsibilities.
• Prepare chromatography columns for the production process.
• Prepare and execute the recycle line process including target ampoule preparation.
• Clear and clean production line and equipment.
• Identify unexpected incidents, condition or detail and escalation to production shift lead.
• Remedying first line failures.
• Keep up to date with training requirements.
• May act as trainer to train colleagues.

Essential Requirements:

• MBO or HBO degree (Engineering, Biology and Medical Laboratory Research, or Chemical Analyst) or in a similar field, MTS or MLO.
• Knowledge of a pharmaceutical or control production environment.
• Analytical skills that allow you to see what can be improved.
• Attention to detail.
• Open to Shift work
