Novartis Baarle-Nassau is seeking a Process Specialist to contribute to the manufacturing of radiopharmaceutical products, following SOPs, Work Instructions, and Batch Manufacturing Records in line with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
You will operate production equipment, prepare chromatography columns, manage batch documentation, and maintain GMP compliance while working in a three-shift model with a planned transition to five shifts.

This is a shift-based role. You will initially work in a three-shift model, with a planned transition to a five-shift model in the near future.

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
