BDO Leuven is seeking a Junior Manager Accountancy to step into a leadership role while maintaining a personal approach to client work. You’ll mentor junior colleagues, manage key client relationships, and deliver value beyond compliance through insightful financial reporting.

With a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics and 6–7 years of experience, you’ll join a collaborative team that values development. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

What will you be doing?

As a Junior Manager at BDO, you’ll combine expertise and experience to take the next step in your leadership journey.

• Mentor & support your junior colleagues: guide talented accounting professionals with your expertise and foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous growth and learning.
• Build strong personal client relationships: actively meet with clients and provide them with tailor‑made, personal advice that propels their businesses forward.
• Deliver value beyond the numbers: transform compliance obligations—year‑end closings, VAT optimisation, financial reporting—into strategic insights that drive client decisions.
• Continuous learning: stay ahead of industry trends through ongoing professional development opportunities offered by BDO Academy.

What do you bring to the table?
