You will grow through structured training via the BDO Academy and external programs, maintaining a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach and contributing to leadership development within the team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering, with financial qualifications being a strong asset.
• Minimum 6 years of professional auditing experience with demonstrated client management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English; additional languages are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant audit projects - take charge of complex audit files ensuring quality and client confidence.
• Build trusted client relationships - be the go-to contact and maintain independence and professionalism.
• Deliver peace of mind - prepare and discuss opinions letters and financial statements for accurate reporting.
• Mentor and develop - lead audit teams and junior colleagues, fostering leadership growth.
• Stay ahead of the curve - participate in BDO Academy and external programs to stay updated on standards and regulations.
