Job summary

BDO in Arnhem invites ambitious starters to join our audit team from February 2025. You will work with colleagues and clients to perform audit work efficiently while learning on the job.

You will receive structured guidance, a buddy, a mentor, and a 2-week Jumpstart on joining, plus opportunities to pursue further training through the BDO Academy and Goodhabitz.

• Nearly completed university education mandatory.
• Interest in audit and client processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist audit work with the team and client to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Contribute to improving the quality of services through careful documentation and review.

As soon as you start in February 2025, you will work closely with your team and the client to carry out audit work in a timely and efficient manner and contribute to improving the quality of our services. Your eagerness to learn will be noticeable during:

• attending your lectures for your further training as a registered accountant.
• drawing up process descriptions based on interviews with the client.
• following processes from start to finish to check whether they actually exist.

This is also important to you:

• from day 1, a buddy will show you the ropes. He or she is always close by and will answer all your questions.
• a coach and mentor are ready for you.
• during the Jumpstart you will receive all the details about starting at BDO. You will follow this program (2 weeks) with other ambitious junior professionals and interns.
