Job summary

BDO Belgium is seeking a Manager to shape the future of audit and deliver high‑quality assurance for clients across industries. You will lead complex audit projects, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure accurate financial reporting while mentoring junior staff.

You will grow through structured training via the BDO Academy and external programs, maintaining a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach and contributing to leadership development within the team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering, with financial qualifications being a strong asset.
• Minimum 6 years of professional auditing experience with demonstrated client management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English; additional languages are valued.

Your Foundation

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering, with additional financial-economic qualifications being a strong asset
• Minimum 6 years of professional auditing experience where you've demonstrated your technical capabilities and client management skills
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and English; additional languages are valued and can open doors to our diverse client portfolio
