Job summary

Resolvo Engineering B.V. is seeking a (Junior) Electrical Technician to join the maintenance team in a modern production facility. You will work on automated packaging lines, diagnose electrical faults, and support continuous improvement for reliability and efficiency.

Ideal for a practical, hands-on technician or a motivated recent graduate looking to grow into more senior roles. The role offers two‑shift work, on‑site in the Netherlands, with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• MBO qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a similar technical field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and industrial machinery.
• Interest in production equipment and automation.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults in production machinery.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshooting motors, sensors, frequency drives, and electrical components.
• Inspecting electrical installations, wiring, and control panels.
• Maintaining automated packaging lines and production equipment.
• Identifying root causes of machine breakdowns and recurring faults.
• Contributing to continuous improvement to increase reliability.
• Supporting modifications and improvements to machines and processes.
• Working closely with operators and fellow technicians.
• Recording maintenance activities and following safety procedures.

Your working environment

You’ll work in a modern production facility with automated machinery and packaging systems. Together with the maintenance team, you will ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

• Filling, sealing, labelling, and wrapping machines
• Conveyor belts and material-handling systems
• Electrical installations and control panels
• Sensors, motors, frequency drives, and actuators
• PLC-controlled machinery and automated equipment

What will you do?

As an Electrical Technician, you’ll help maintain and improve the performance of production and packaging equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults in production machinery.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshooting motors, sensors, frequency drives, and electrical components.
