Resolvo Engineering B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a Junior Maintenance Technician to learn on the job in a modern beverage production environment in Utrecht. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to keep production machinery and bottling lines running reliably and gradually take on more responsibility.

You bring a technical foundation, basic electrical knowledge, and a hands-on mindset. The team will teach you how the machines work and help you develop practical maintenance skills

Qualifications

• Minimum education: MBO 2/3 or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.
• Basic electrical knowledge is required.
• Motivation to learn Dutch and to develop practical maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and bottling lines.
• Assist diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults and support repairs.
• Learn inspection, maintenance, and improvement of industrial equipment.
• Collaborate with operators and technicians to prevent downtime.

What will you do?

As a Junior Maintenance Technician, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to keep production machinery and bottling lines running reliably. You will learn on the job, gradually take on more responsibility, and develop your technical skills every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out preventive maintenance on production machinery and bottling lines.

• Helping diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and supporting repairs.

• Learning how to inspect, maintain, and improve industrial equipment.

• Working closely with operators and technicians to prevent production downtime.

You won't be left to figure everything out on your own. Your colleagues will guide you, explain how the equipment works, and help you understand not only how to fix a problem, but also how to prevent it from happening again.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a technical foundation, a practical mindset, and the motivation to learn. You might be at the beginning of your career, recently graduated, or looking for an opportunity to develop further in industrial maintenance.

• A completed MBO level 2, 3, or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field.
