Job summary

NextEnergy in the Netherlands is looking for a Junior Low-code Developer to help build the app that unites heat pumps, solar panels, and smart devices. You’ll design flows to add and manage devices, and create integrations with backend systems.

No prior OutSystems experience is required; you’ll learn the platform with senior developers, take ownership of components, and grow into more responsibility as the product scales.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or analytical field is required or preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
• Some programming experience from studies, part-time work or personal projects.
• Ability to own tasks, work independently and collaborate in a fast-moving scale-up.
• You live in the Netherlands, preferably in the Utrecht area.

Responsibilities

• Build flows to add, connect and manage devices (heat pumps, solar panels) in the app.
• Design screens showing device performance and delivery.
• Create backend integrations to retrieve data and control devices.
• Develop back-office functionality to support new services.
