Job summary

Marlink is hiring a Junior L&D Coordinator to manage daily LMS operations, enrolments, and learner support. You will act as the first contact for learners, trainers, and stakeholders while coordinating schedules across Business Units and rolling out new learning programmes.

You will help monitor course completions, prepare reports, and communicate training initiatives, while keeping the catalogue up to date and ensuring smooth learning operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• MBO+ or HBO level expected with organisational mindset.
• Interest in Learning & Development and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day LMS administration: enrolments, learner management, course setup
• First point of contact for learners, trainers, and stakeholders
• Coordinating training schedules and logistics across Business Units
• Supporting the planning and rollout of new learning programmes
• Monitoring course completions, sending reminders, and following up on open actions
• Preparing reports and overviews for the L&D team and the business
• Assisting with communication about training initiatives (newsletters, reminders)
• Keeping the training catalogue tidy and up to date

Your Mission

As Junior L&D Coordinator, you are the go-to person for anyone with a question about training, learning, or theMarlink Training Academy LMS,whetherthat'sa colleague, a trainer, or a business stakeholder. You keep our learning operations running smoothly day to day: coordinating schedules, supporting learners,maintainingthe platform, and making sure everything behind the scenes is properlyorganised.

Youdon'tneed a background in L&D to succeed in this role-what matters is thatyou'reorganised, easy to reach, good with people, and genuinely curious to learn how a global Learning & Development function works.We'llteach you the rest.

Qualifications & Background

• MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
• A background in business administration, hospitality, event coordination, or similar is a plus.Yourorganisationalskills and people-focused mindset matter more than your specific field of study.L&D experience is notrequired
• Affinity with learning, training, or people development
• An interest in how AI can support learning and daily work is a plus
• Comfortable working with digital tools and systems (LMS experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
