Job summary

Amity International School Amsterdam is seeking an IT Support Technician who is eager to start a career in a dynamic international school. The role is suitable for a new graduate, and you will provide frontline IT support to staff and students, maintain devices, and help manage our Microsoft 365 environment.

You will learn Entra ID / Intune, assist with iSAMS MIS, and troubleshoot hardware and software across Windows, iOS, and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to staff and students.
• Assist in managing and maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment (including Exchange).
• Support user accounts and device management (Entra ID / Intune).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Support and help maintain the iSAMS MIS.
• Assist with device setup and deployment (Windows, iOS, macOS).
