Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT services organization with specific experience in configuring and staging hardware.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Good diverse knowledge of IT systems, both hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and configuring devices before they are sent out to the Customer.
• Testing, cleaning, and re-imaging incoming devices.
• Adhering to SLAs relating to the delivery of customer equipment.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
