Job summary

Moco Museum in Amsterdam (also in Barcelona and London) seeks an energetic influencer marketing specialist to grow our creator network and manage outreach, visits and posts for bold art experiences.

You will collaborate with Brand and Content teams to maximize impact across three cities, build long-term partnerships, and drive affiliate activity while staying flexible and connected with trends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR or community management.
• Native-level English, Dutch and/or Spanish a plus.
• Extroverted, confident and comfortable approaching new people daily.
• Highly organized: can manage 50+ conversations at once.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and reporting; back up work with numbers.
• Valid work authorization for the Netherlands; flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own influencer outreach for Amsterdam, Barcelona and London: identify, approach and book influencers to visit and post — fully in-house, no agencies.
• Deliver a monthly target of confirmed creator visits and posts per city, agreed with Brand Manager.
• Run the full creator journey end-to-end: DM/email, briefing, visit, follow-up and repost.
• Build and grow our ambassador community: turn short-term collaborations into long-term partnerships.
• Grow our affiliate programme: recruit creators, manage codes and links, keep them active.
• Maintain influencer database and deliver monthly performance reports.
• Scout new talent daily across three cities aligned with exhibitions and campaigns.
• Work with content team on reposting content and with Brand Team on campaigns and openings.
• Represent Moco at creator events, openings and activations.

THIS IS YOU

You live on Instagram and TikTok — not just scrolling, but understanding why one creator's post takes off while another's doesn't. You're outgoing and genuinely curious about people: sliding into a creator's DMs, hopping on a call, or welcoming them at the museum feels natural to you. You're persistent without being pushy, organized enough to run outreach at volume, and you know that great influencer marketing isn't a one-off post — it's a relationship. You spot rising creators before they're big, you write messages people actually reply to, and you get energy from turning a first visit into a lasting ambassador. Most importantly: you get Moco — bold, pink, disruptive, playful — and you know exactly which creators belong in our world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own creator outreach for Amsterdam, Barcelona and London: identify, approach and book influencers to visit and post about Moco — fully in-house, no agencies.
• Deliver a monthly target of confirmed creator visits and published posts per city, agreed with the Brand Manager.
• Run the full creator journey end-to-end: first DM or email, briefing (including our content guidelines, tags and search keywords), museum visit, follow‑up and repost.
• Build and grow our ambassador community: turn the best one‑off collaborations into long‑term relationships that keep creating for Moco throughout the year.
• Grow our affiliate programme: recruit creators into it, manage their codes and links, and keep them active and performing.
• Maintain the influencer database and deliver a clear monthly report: visits, posts, reach, engagement and affiliate sales per city.
• Scout new talent daily — trending creators, local voices in our three cities, and profiles that match upcoming exhibitions and campaigns.
• Work closely with the content team on reposting creator content, and with the wider Brand Team on campaigns, events and openings where creators play a role.
• Represent Moco at creator events, openings and activations — you are the face our creators know.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR or community management (internships count) — or a personal track record that proves you can do this.
• Deep, native‑level understanding of Instagram and TikTok: formats, trends, creator etiquette and what makes content perform.
• Confident, extroverted and comfortable approaching new people every single day.
• Highly organized: you can run 50+ conversations at once without dropping one.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and reporting; you back up your work with numbers.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Dutch and/or Spanish is a strong plus.
• Valid work authorization for the Netherlands.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for creator visits and events.
• Bonus: an existing network of creators, or experience with affiliate or ambassador programmes.
