Job summary

Moco Museum is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support international marketing strategies across Amsterdam, Barcelona and London. You will help with reporting, dashboards, ticketing, SEO/GEO, and CRM emails while collaborating with marketing specialists and agencies.

The role offers hands-on experience across the full performance marketing funnel and exposure to the latest trends in digital media, with a vibrant team culture and opportunities to contribute ideas.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Interest in online/digital and performance marketing.
• Analytical mindset with ability to dive into data.
• Familiar with Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest and YouTube.
• Knowledge of trends in the art world and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Update daily, weekly and monthly reporting of online marketing channels.
• Create dashboards and presentations to showcase results.
• Assist in setup, maintenance and optimization of online ticket shops.
• Update and optimize the website using SEO and GEO tactics.
• Support CRM by creating newsletters and email campaigns.
• Stay informed on online marketing developments and share with the team.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will wear many hats, meaning you experience and assist in the international marketing strategies and campaigns of Moco Museum. You will play a crucial role in assisting with various aspects of our digital marketing efforts, including reporting and analysis, managing our online ticket shops, and maintaining our website and supporting our online advertising efforts. You will work closely with our digital marketing specialists, agencies, and online marketing manager to drive results and maximize campaign performance. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented and have a strong interest in the latest online marketing trends. You will gain hands-on experience across the full performance marketing funnel, learning how data, CRO, SEO/GEO, CRM, paid media, website and ticketing work together to drive real business results across our international markets.This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop a well-rounded set of digital marketing skills while contributing to the growth of our museum venues in Amsterdam, Barcelona and London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Updating daily, weekly and monthly reporting of various online marketing channels and campaigns.
• Creating easy-to-understand dashboards and presentations to showcase the results of online marketing efforts.
• Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of online ticket shops, keeping a close eye on results and actively optimizing based on goals;
• Updating and optimizing our website through the application of effective SEO and GEO tactics; identifying potential opportunities to increase visitor numbers and revenues;
• Supporting our CRM activities by building newsletters and other email campaigns;
• Staying informed on the latest developments in the online marketing industry and sharing this knowledge with the rest of the team.

REQUIREMENTS

As a candidate, you are an out-of-the-box thinker who likes to take the risk or lose the chance. You are detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive with the ability to work accurately within a fast-paced, creative environment.

• Currently pursuing an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.;
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English (Dutch/Spanish/Catalan/German/French/Italian is an added bonus);
• Interest in online/digital and performance marketing;
• Analytical mindset, willing to dive into statistics of our website and campaign performance for example;
• Familiar with Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest and YouTube;
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for trends in the art world and digital marketing;
• Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work towards many company initiatives at once.
