Job summary

Picnic Technologies is seeking a Legal Assistant in Amsterdam to join the in-house legal team. You will handle a broad set of tasks, from drafting contracts to advising internal stakeholders, while collaborating closely with Finance, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations.

You should have completed the First State Examination in German law and be fluent in English and German. The role requires a 4–6 month commitment, ideally 4–5 days per week, and you will gain hands-on experience shaping

• Fluent in English and German.
• Available for 4–6 months in Amsterdam.
• Hands-on and proactive, with cross-functional exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of legal tasks independently and with business teams.
• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
• Translate complex legal assessments into actionable business advice.
• Support day-to-day legal operations and processes.
