Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is offering a Law Intern position for a Bachelor or Master student to gain hands-on in-house legal experience across commercial contracts, compliance, governance and legal research.

You will support the Benelux Legal team and work directly with legal colleagues and business stakeholders, taking ownership of agreed projects and delivering results in a dynamic, international FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Current bachelor's or master's enrolment in Dutch Law or a related field.
• Dutch and English at B2-C1 level.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• EU working rights in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and reviewing national and international commercial contracts (sales, distribution, marketing, agency).
• Support with compliance activities (GDPR, antitrust).
• Support corporate governance activities (minutes of Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings).
• Prepare legal research, memos, training materials and internal guidance.
• Maintain legal archives and databases.
• Track actions and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
• Administrative support to Head of Legal.
