American Express is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support talent strategy, organizational change, and leadership development in Amsterdam. You will partner with one of our Business Units, driving change programs and ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration across markets and COEs.

The role requires building trusted advisor relationships, leveraging data insights to improve processes, and coaching leaders to achieve high performance in a diverse global environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in HR generalist/advisory/BP.
• Ability to build relationships and advise senior stakeholders.
• Business acumen to understand strategy and market factors.
• Experience turning data into insights to drive improvements.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize.
