Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute purchases and deliveries of truckload shipments.
• Maintain clear communication with terminals, hauliers, and customers to secure loading slots.
• Provide first‑line support to address bottlenecks and execution challenges.
• Monitor contractual positions and escalate risks like delays and changes in product availability.
• Prepare and verify logistics documentation with accurate weights, references, and PO details.
• Update delivery execution, shipment statuses, invoicing workflows, and credits/debits in ERP.
