Qualifications

• MBO degree in lab tech or related field is a plus.
• Experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Weigh and blend liquid and/or powdered raw materials to create flavor formulas.
• Record data accurately for the composed formulas.
• Manage raw materials inventory and system changes.
• Perform basic analyses using calibration equipment and ensure accurate results.
• Support lab organization and tastings to enable efficient workflows.

What You Will Do:

• Compounding: accurately weigh and combine liquid and/or powdered raw materials to create flavor formulas.
• Recording: systematically and precisely document data related to the composed formulas.
• Inventory management: manage raw materials, including ordering and processing inventory changes in the system.
• Conducting analyses: use calibration equipment to perform basic analytical tests and ensure accurate results.
• Lab organization: support efficient workflows by managing lab and office spaces and organizing team tastings.
