Junior Finance & Risk Analyst | Credit Risk Reporting | Utrecht
Would you like to learn how to turn complex credit risk data into reliable regulatory reporting as a Junior Finance & Risk Analyst?
As a Junior Finance & Risk Analyst at Rabobank, you will learn credit risk reporting in practice and contribute to reliable information used by the bank's management and regulators. You will collect, validate and analyse large datasets within the Credit Risk Reporting Squad in Utrecht. Your reports provide insight into the credit risks Rabobank faces and help demonstrate that the bank operates within the applicable requirements. This enables Rabobank's management to make informed decisions and allows regulators, including De Nederlandsche Bank and the European Central Bank, to assess the bank's financial position. Through accurate and transparent reporting, you contribute to responsible risk management and a financially sound bank. You will develop your knowledge of data analysis, quantitative methods, financial products, regulations and reporting. Basic SQL knowledge gives you a useful starting point. You do not need previous experience in credit risk reporting, as the team will help you develop the required specialist knowledge on the job. Alongside your role, you will take part in Rabobank's one-year Early Career Program. This programme helps starters develop their Raboskills, personal effectiveness and internal network.
The work follows planned reporting periods. Some periods, including the year-end reporting period, are busier. The team expects flexibility during these predictable peaks, with more room to reduce your workload during less intensive periods.
We believe in the power of differences. By combining people's differences, we become an even better bank. We are curious about what you will bring to our team Credit Risk Reporting Squad. You will join a diverse and international team in which English is the working language. The team includes colleagues with different educational backgrounds, nationalities, personalities and levels of experience. You will learn on the job, ask questions and gradually take on more responsibility. Colleagues work together at the Utrecht office at least once a week.
For us, your development and that of society go hand in hand. That is why we want to invest in you and work together to create a better world. We summarise this in one sentence: at Rabobank, you work on yourself and the world around you at the same time.
Alongside your role, you will take part in Rabobank's one-year Early Career Program. The programme is designed for starters from all domains with 0 to 2 years of work experience. During the programme, you will develop your Raboskills and focus on your personal growth. You will take part in scheduled training sessions, monthly meetings, peer-to-peer coaching in Circles and buddy assignments. During the first six months, you follow a fixed curriculum. In the second half of the programme, you and your manager choose which Raboskills you want to develop further.
You will start together with other early-career colleagues from across Rabobank. This helps you exchange experiences, expand your network and become part of a community of starters working in different domains of the bank.
At Rabobank, we are working towards a culture where everyone feels welcome. We value our differences and use them to collaborate more eff
