Job summary

Rabobank seeks a Corporate Strategy Associate to translate strategic signals into actionable choices and identify new value sources. You will connect external developments with customer needs, market changes and Rabobank priorities, and prepare decision-ready materials for leadership.

You will develop scenarios, recommendations, and presentations that support strategic decisions and future-oriented initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong academic and professional foundation in strategy, economics, business, finance or related fields.
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Curious and entrepreneurial approach to complex questions and new opportunities.
• Ability to challenge assumptions using data, feedback and insights.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across Rabobank.
• Clear storytelling to adapt messages to different audiences.

You & your talent

• Strong academic foundation in strategy, economics, business, finance, innovation, technology, sustainability, data or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch is useful but not required.
• Curious and entrepreneurial approach to complex questions and new business opportunities.
• Confidence to challenge assumptions and the status quo using evidence, feedback and new insights.
