Job summary

Recruit Bridge in Oosterhout is looking for a Controller Reporting & Consolidation. In this role, you will be responsible for the consolidation and analysis of the Benelux results, working closely with various finance teams to ensure timely reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a higher professional education diploma in economics/accounting and has at least 3 years of experience along with advanced Excel skills. The position includes a market-aligned salary, 25 vacation days, and opportunities for further training.

About the function

As Controller Reporting & Consolidation you have an important role in our organization. You are partly responsible for the consolidation and analysis of the Benelux results, the forecast and the budget. You use the software packages HFM, SAP BI, Power BI & Excel.

With your sharp analyses of the monthly results, you provide Benelux Management with insight into volume, price and margin development, cost control, working capital management & deployment of CAPEX. In addition, you coordinate the process and consolidation of the Benelux Sales information. Improving the management reports in Power BI is also part of this role.

You provide financial and business support to the Benelux Management Team, but also provide assistance and information to the European Division by drawing up analyses based on received questions.

To ensure that all reporting is done on time, you work closely with controllers, assistant controllers and finance managers from the various branches. This makes you a service‑oriented colleague who keeps a close eye on deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least a higher professional education diploma in economics/accounting;
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; knowledge of HFM, SAP and/or Power BI is a plus;
• Fluent in Dutch & English, both written and spoken.
