Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Sustainability)
• 0–2 years ESG reporting/auditing experience or strong academic background
• Familiarity with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, GHG Protocol

Responsibilities

• Consolidate CSRD/ESRS non-financial data across global units for Randstad annual reporting.
• Lead social impact metrics (DE&I, health & safety, labor rights) in line with HR strategy.
• Prepare external ESG disclosures and coordinate with external auditors for data assurance.
• Implement AI tools to speed data analysis and automate reporting using Tagetik/PowerBI/M365.
• Support GHG Scope 1-3 calculations and SBTi project reporting.
• Educate regional entities on ESG guidelines as the global point of contact.
