Job summary

Randstad Global is seeking a Junior ESG Specialist based in Diemen, The Netherlands, operating in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on non-financial data consolidation under CSRD/ESRS, auditing collaboration, and social impact metrics across global operating companies.

Ideal candidates bring a master's degree and up to 2 years in ESG reporting or related fields, with fluency in English and familiarity with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, TCFD and GHG Protocol.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, sustainability) required.
• 0-2 years of ESG reporting or internship experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, TCFD and GHG Protocol.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate quarterly Non-Financial Reporting data across global operating companies for CSRD/ESRS compliance.
• Lead tracking of Social metrics (DE&I, health & safety, labor rights) across Randstad entities.
• Prepare external ESG disclosures and coordinate with external auditors for data assurance.
• Automate reporting processes and integrate AI tools (Tagetik, PowerBI, M365).
• Support GHG emissions calculations (Scope 1-3) and SBTi reporting.
