Job summary

Philips is seeking an enthusiastic Sustainability and Compliance Intern to support ESG reporting for the Annual Report. The role focuses on CSRD compliance, data collection and coordination across teams.

You will work closely with the Sustainability Reporting Officer and gain exposure to a global, multidisciplinary environment. The internship is non-thesis, 40 hours per week (minimum 32), located flexibly between Amsterdam and Eindhoven, with a strong emphasis on learning and professional growth

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Sustainability, HR, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong interest in ESG, sustainability or corporate reporting.
• Excellent data handling and organizational skills.
• Able to balance multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG and CSRD reporting by tracking timelines and milestones.
• Collect, organize and verify sustainability data for reporting accuracy.
• Assist in drafting Annual Report content and disclosures.
• Collaborate with Philips teams to advance reporting activities and improvements.
