Job summary

Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group. We seek a senior professional to represent us at events, drive new business opportunities, and manage client engagements with a focus on data and AI. You will mentor junior consultants and help shape client solutions across energy and finance sectors.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, clear communication, and proactive stakeholder management, with hybrid work and international project exposure.

Qualifications

• Completed Master's degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, (Energy) Engineering, or a related technical field involving substantial programming.
• The specific stack you will work with depends on the client; Databricks, Snowflake and Azure are commonly used.
• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent academic research).
• Strong analytical mindset with systematic problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in data and AI topics and the ability to rapidly build expertise.
• Fast learner with strong communication, adaptability and entrepreneurial drive.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation abilities; Dutch or French fluency is a must.
• Proven interest in Data Engineering and sectors such as Energy and Finance.
