Candidates for this position must be located in the Netherlands. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office.
Sitly is on a mission to make childcare accessible and convenient for families everywhere. We’re looking for a Junior CRO & Website Specialist to improve website conversion and coordinate scalable, AI-driven website operations across our 20 markets.
About Sitly
Sitly is an online marketplace that connects families with nannies and babysitters across 20 countries in Europe, Latin America, North America, and Asia. We pride ourselves on being an independent, fast growing & profitable tech company.
About your Role
We are looking for an analytical and proactive Junior CRO & Website Specialist to join our Growth team. The role sits at the intersection of conversion rate optimisation, website operations, and AI-driven process improvement. You will own the execution of our CRO testing roadmap alongside our external agency, while coordinating content updates across our 20 WordPress websites, which attracts tens of millions of monthly visitors. Expect to switch regularly between analytical, operational, and creative work, collaborating closely with our Growth team and an external agency.
Responsibilities
- Execute Sitly's CRO testing program in A/B Tasty, keeping experiments and roadmap on track
- Collaborate with our external CRO agency on hypothesis development and ensure learnings are applied across markets
- Maintain 20 WordPress websites across all markets and languages, managing content updates end-to‑end
- Build workflows and tracking systems to keep website updates reliable at scale
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through AI-driven automation
A typical day
You head into the Sitly office and start with a sprint check‑in to catch up on progress and what's next. From there, you work on setting up a new experiment in A/B Tasty or check that a live test is running as it should, before joining a call with our CRO agency to talk through upcoming tests. You handle content updates across our 20 WordPress sites and write up the results of a recently finished test. You finish the day with a clear picture of where things stand.
About you
The mindset and approach we value
- You like testing new approaches and see failures as part of the process
- You're humble, collaborative, and happy to ask for input when you need it
- You take initiative and find practical solutions without needing much hand-holding
- You help keep the team moving forward, not just your own work
The experience and skills you bring
- Some experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation, whether through studies, personal projects, or early career experience
- Comfortable working with websites for content management; nice to have: experience with WordPress
- Analytical: you're at ease working with data to draw conclusions
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple work streams without things slipping
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools and a drive to use them to automate and improve how you work
- Comfortable managing external agency relationships and coordinating across stakeholders
- Nice to Have: experience with A/B testing platforms (A/B Tasty, Optimizely, VWO or similar)
You won’t like this job if
- You take failing tests personally; in this role, a test that doesn't win is still a test that teaches us something
- You get stuck when technical challenges or dependencies slow things down, instead of finding ways to keep making progress
- You thrive with a single focus and struggle to switch gears when new challenges or shifting priorities arise
- You need detailed guidance to do your best work; here you'll own broader objectives and chart your own path to get there
Benefits
- A competitive salary based on your experience
- The flexibility to work on a hybrid schedule, with 2 days a week (Tuesday & Thursday) in our Amsterdam office
- 5 paid learning days and a learning budget to spend on courses, books or conferences
- Gain bonus shares after one year and the option to buy more at a discount, becoming a co‑owner
- Bicycle plan: the option to lease your new bicycle that Sitly will partly pay for you, after the first year of employment
- A MacBook or any other preferred laptop of your choice
- Annual trip with the entire global team (over 20 nationalities)
- Travel expenses are reimbursed for commutes over 15 kilometres to work
- Freedom and trust to impact a product benefiting millions globally
