Job description

You know the feeling.
You come across a job opening that feels like a perfect fit. You’re driven, you learn fast, and you deliver results — yet on paper, everyone seems to have the same CV. That’s exactly what’s broken in recruitment.

And that’s exactly what we fix.

Welcome to Assessio

Assessio helps organizations hire better people based on objective data, not gut feeling or CVs. With our SaaS platform, we match talent and roles based on potential, competencies, and behavior. The result? Better hires, lower turnover, and fairer opportunities in the labor market. We work with more than 2,000 organizations, including Rabobank, KLM, G-Star, Maandag, and PostNL, and are growing rapidly across Europe.

Your role

As our Website Manager, you will own and shape Assessio’s digital presence as a strategic growth engine. Our website is more than a platform — it’s a core commercial asset. You’ll ensure it drives brand impact, qualified pipeline, and measurable business results. You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of our web ecosystem: from infrastructure and headless CMS architecture to UX, SEO, automation, and conversion optimization. Working closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams, you translate business strategy into seamless digital experiences that convert. This is a high‑impact role for someone who combines technical expertise with commercial insight and creative thinking, so not just a 'website maintenance' role.

What you’ll do

You combine strong project management skills, technical depth, commercial understanding, and data‑driven thinking. You’re as comfortable discussing infrastructure and SEO architecture as you are optimizing conversion flows and user journeys.

  • Lead and project manage the full migration from WordPress to a headless CMS, defining roadmap, scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring seamless data transfer with minimal downtime
  • Own website performance, security, hosting, and infrastructure
  • Develop and execute a technical SEO strategy that drives qualified organic growth
  • Optimize user journeys across the full customer lifecycle to increase engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and performance marketing to continuously improve web impact
  • Design and implement A/B testing frameworks and performance dashboards to enable data‑driven decisions
  • Own website analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO tools)
  • Manage HubSpot integrations, including forms, landing pages, CTAs, and automated workflows
  • Ensure best‑in‑class speed, mobile optimization, accessibility, and GDPR compliance
  • Stay ahead of SaaS, SEO, and marketing automation trends to keep Assessio future‑proof
Who are you?
  • 5+ years of experience in web management, digital growth, or similar roles (SaaS/B2B preferred)
  • Proven experience leading large‑scale website migrations or replatforming projects
  • Strong project management skills – able to drive complex cross‑functional initiatives
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Headless CMS environments
    • Technical SEO
    • CRO and experimentation
    • Web analytics (GA4, Tag Manager, SEO tools)
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization
  • Data‑driven, structured, and commercially minded
  • Comfortable moving between strategy and hands‑on execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Why Assessio?

We are a fast‑growing, international SaaS company with a clear ambition: to become the #1 player in Europe in the field of assessment and development. We operate from offices in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Germany, and—since recently—France, but above all, we function as one global team. Collaboration, growth, learning, and having fun together are at the heart of how we work.

We offer you
  • 💰 A competitive salary
  • 🧠 Focus and investment in your personal development
  • 🎉 The events committee regularly organizes fun activities—think padel, bowling, or barbecues.
  • ✈️ We’re an international company and value staying connected. That means a yearly company trip to Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Berlin, Paris or Amsterdam! Expect dinners, catching up with your international colleagues, inspiring sessions, and great parties.
  • ♻️ Every day, we work towards our mission: Zero Talent Waste. This is the goal behind everything we do. Contribute to a fair labor market—it adds an extra layer of meaning to your work.
Our hiring process

We practice what we preach. We ask you to complete an assessment consisting of three parts: a cognitive ability assessment, a personality assessment, and a motivation questionnaire. Everyone goes through this process. Why? To ensure that everyone gets a fair chance and that our decisions are based on data, not gut feeling. The assessment takes approximately 40 minutes, and you’ll receive a quick response from us after completing it.

🧭 Curious about the assessments? More information is available on our website (Aptitude and Personality).

We look forward to meeting you! Apply now and help us shape the future of talent.
