ASML is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel – Corporate & ESG to support governance of ASML’s global legal entities and contribute to corporate and ESG matters. You will balance execution with legal analysis and help develop more efficient processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues and regional teams to ensure compliance and effective governance across the ASML group, including the management of corporate documents and signing authorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Dutch law or the law of a EU member state.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in corporate law settings (firm, notary, or in-house).
• Experience with corporate housekeeping, entity management or notarial practice is required.
• Demonstrable interest in ESG and sustainability regulation.
• Affinity with technology, legal tools and AI.

Responsabilités

• Run legal entity management for ASML in the EMEA region, incl. incorporations and annual filings.
• Coordinate board and shareholder resolutions for ASML subsidiaries.
• Manage powers of attorney and signing authorities from drafting to registration.
• Support listed company compliance, including insider lists and internal policies.
• Monitor ESG regulatory developments and coordinate with L&C teams.
• Help map, document and automate legal processes and AI-enabled workflows.
