Job summary

ASML is seeking a Trade Compliance & Geopolitical Manager to shape the strategic agenda across Sourcing, Supply Chain and Procurement. You will drive trade compliance and geopolitical risk initiatives, ensuring alignment with supplier strategies and business decisions.

The role connects external developments with internal execution, enabling ASML to operate compliantly and resiliently in a dynamic global environment. You will lead capability development and KPI governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement or trade-related roles within a global environment.
• Strong interest in trade regulations and how they translate into operational impact.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and align senior functions around shared objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for Trade Compliance and Geopolitical topics across SS&P.
• Perform risk assessments and improve controls through automation and data-driven approaches.
• Assess long-term impact of emerging legislation on supply chain and develop scenarios.
• Interface with Legal & Compliance and Government & External Affairs to secure cross-region execution.
• Define and lead capability step-ups across the organization.
• Define Trade Compliance performance KPIs to measure progress.
