Job summary

ASML is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel - Corporate & ESG in the Netherlands, based in Veldhoven. You will support governance of ASML's global legal entities and contribute to corporate and ESG matters.

Collaborate with regional teams, automate processes, and develop AI-enabled workflows while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies across the group. Presence in the Veldhoven office is required, with at least three days per week on site.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Dutch law or EU member state law.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in corporate/paralegal roles.
• Experience with corporate housekeeping or entity management required.
• Interest in ESG and sustainability regulation is a plus.
• Affinity with technology and AI to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run legal entity management for ASML in the EMEA region.
• Coordinate corporate documents like board and shareholder resolutions.
• Support listed company compliance, including insider lists and obligations.
• Help automate legal processes with self-service tools and AI.
• Collaborate with regional teams and external advisors.
• Map and document legal processes to improve workflows.
