Zusammenfassung

ASML is seeking a Manager tax accounting & compliance to lead worldwide tax accounting, provision, and compliance activities within its Direct Tax team. You will bridge Tax, Finance, and Statutory Reporting to deliver accurate, timely tax reporting and robust controls.

You will drive improvements across processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities, partnering with stakeholders across functions to ensure GAAP compliance and effective governance in a complex international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of tax/accounting experience in financial control or auditing/tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS tax accounting (ASC 740, IAS 12).
• Experience with internal controls, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and review tax disclosures for IFRS reporting and Form 20-F.
• Review Dutch and EMEA tax positions for local GAAP and statutory reporting.
• Ensure high-quality execution of corporate income tax compliance activities and support interactions with tax authorities, auditors, and regulators.
• Deliver tax reporting, forecasting, and insights to support management decisions.
• Maintain and enhance a strong tax control framework including SOX-related controls.
• Partner with Finance, Statutory Reporting, and Tax teams to strengthen legal entity governance and reporting quality.
• Translate tax policies and technical guidance into efficient operational processes, controls, and reporting solutions.
