Job summary

Panda International in Amsterdam is launching a junior Delivery Consultant role to connect top tech talent with European clients. You will manage MSP programs and your own client portfolio from day one, learning to think like a consultant and perform like a top biller.

This commercial role offers uncapped commission, industry-leading training, and clear progression toward Senior/Managing Consultant as you grow with a fast‑moving international team.

Level: Junior / Entry-level – high growth/earning potential

Starting date: 2nd of November 2026

Starting annual gross salary: 34k (OTE first year: 45k - 50k)

This is a commercial role. From day one, you’ll be trained to think like a consultant, act like a salesperson, and perform like a top biller.
