Job summary

Sectra Communications, part of Sectra, is expanding in the Netherlands and Europe. The Junior Business Developer will accelerate market penetration, build long-term customer relationships, and drive strategic opportunities in the public sector and related industries.

Close collaboration with the Netherlands team and HQ in Sweden is essential. You will engage with governments, defence organizations, and critical infrastructure clients, translating technical solutions into clear value propositions

Qualifications

• Master's degree with strong academic results.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Commercial drive and ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities across the Netherlands and broader European market.
• Act as an ambassador for Sectra’s solutions in high-level customer dialogues.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships within public sector, defence, and related industries.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear and compelling value propositions.
• Capture customer needs and convert them into business and product insights.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Represent Sectra at exhibitions, industry events, and strategic meetings across Europe.
