Job summary

Kinly’s Global Services in Breda, North Brabant, invites applications for a Junior On-Site Technician – Audio Visual & Video Conferencing. You will be responsible for in-room and remote support, ensuring smooth delivery of managed VC services and collaborating with the Kinly service delivery team.

The role requires tier 1-2 troubleshooting, setup of multi-room events, training client personnel, and maintaining equipment with major VC platforms such as Teams, Webex and Zoom.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Experience with videoconferencing standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot AV conferencing systems.
• Experience with major videoconferencing equipment (Teams, Webex, Zoom) and codecs (Cisco, Poly) and control systems (Crestron).

Responsibilities

• Undertake tier 1-2 troubleshooting of non-functional AV equipment.
• Assist in set-up and support of multi-room events.
• Escalate technical issues and conduct break-fix as needed.
• Assist in preventative maintenance checks.
• Provide basic training of equipment to client personnel.
• Own responsibility for endpoint success in designated region including updates, onboarding, testing and training.
• Communicate with end users to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Participate in root-cause analysis to resolve trouble tickets.
• Suggest process improvements to better assist customers.
