Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking an experienced AV/VTC technician in The Hague, Netherlands. The role requires managing AV/VTC room systems and providing support to end users for daily business.

You will ensure that all audio-visual and video teleconferencing systems are functional and perform preventive checks and troubleshooting as needed. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience with AV/VTC systems, particularly with HP/Poly and Cisco codecs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in managing AV/VTC systems.
• Proven experience as AV/VTC technician with HP/Poly and Cisco.
• Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment and IP networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level of support to end users.
• Ensure functionality of AV/VTC systems in various rooms.
• Conduct daily preventive checks and maintain incident logs.

Skills
