Job summary

Kinly is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Breda to join our global service team. This 1-year contract role involves coordinating Field Support Engineers, planning site visits, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery for Kinly’s AV and video conferencing solutions.

You will liaise between customers and internal teams, aiming for first-time-right resolutions, while maintaining accurate hours and capacity planning. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Understanding IT or Audio Visual technology to determine tools needed.
• MBO Level 3/4 education.
• Experience in customer communication and service.
• ITIL certification or willingness to pass.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Field Support Engineers and external resources to meet defined timescales.
• Schedule site visits and arrange replacements or external resources when needed.
• Escalate complex cases to the Support Desk or Manager Telecom/Technical Services.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and colleagues through the Support Desk.
• Aim for first-time right resolutions while balancing efficiency and cost.
• Prepare productivity reports and monitor capacity planning.
• Ensure hours worked are accurately recorded.
