About the role

Join our international team at Analytical Solutions and Products bv (ASaP) as a Finance Assistant. You will support the finance department with daily tasks in our growing organization, located in Amsterdam Westpoort.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and analyses
• Checking and processing purchase invoices and payments
• Processing credit card statements
• Preparing credit card applications
• Checking and processing expense claims

Requirements

• Administrative-focused education
• MBO level 4 (middle-level vocational education) with a minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial software
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
